Investigate if possible to create a PresQT rubric on FAIRshake site and what it takes to set this up. If possible set up 3 PresQT rubrics.
Dataset rubric title “PresQT Dataset Rubric”. Will have the same metrics as “The FAIRshake dataset rubric“, but will not have the metric “Information is provided on the experimental methods used to generate the data.“.
Repository rubric title “PresQT Repository Rubric“. Will have the same metrics as “The FAIRshake repository rubric“, but will not have this metric “Tools that can be used to analyze each dataset are listed on the corresponding dataset pages.“
Tools rubric title “PresQT Tool Rubric”. Will have these metrics from “The FAIRshake tool rubric“ to start with.
“The tool has a unique name and an informative description.“
“Previous versions of the tool are made available.“
“Licensing information is provided on the tools homepage.“
“Tutorials for the tool are available on the tools homepage.“
If there is a description needed for each rubric keep it simple for now “PresQT rubric for asking questions about tools/datasets/repositories”
