Clarify which version of loopring is production ready

Is loopring_v3 production ready? I'm observing conflicting messaging. The following claims loopring_v3 isn't production-ready:

This is a beta version of Loopring's order-based DEX protocol (version 3.0). The code base is still being audited and is not yet production ready.

However, this article claims:

Although we still call this version a beta, we believe that 3.0-beta4 has been thoroughly tested and audited, and is ready for production.

I suspect the README is out of date but I would appreciate clarification. I asked the same question in Discord here.
