同步联通云盘时有概率出现400 #73

据群u反应，只有go端会这样，node、PHP、C#、python均不会出现此类情况
哪怕浏览器直接访问也不会400
并且此错误是有概率出现

问题是 go http client 会加一个 Referer 标头，但是 wo.cn 禁止或者限制这个标头
