在保留原有上传方式，在配置文件里面增加一个加速上传。具体就是用户自行指定一个路径作为缓存区并指定缓存区的大小，先全速下载使缓存区即将填满，然后校验文件，校验通过后再全速上传

新的idea：可以设置多个缓存区，各自上传和下载和校验（仅限硬盘够大
）
