Improving subscriptions management

I recently had to go through all 200 projects in LKFT to remove a single email address from their subscriptions if it was subscribed. After doing this, I have some ideas on how to improve subscriptions management. Let me know what you think of these and what we can work on.

Admin

• View all projects for a group, with all subscribing email addresses.
• View all projects subscribed to by a user or an email address.
• When picking to subscribe or unsubscribe a user, should show date of last build.

• How does an admin subscription differ from a regular subscription?

Feature

• A user should be able to subscribe/unsubscribe to all projects in a group.
• A user should be able to auto-subscribe to any new projects added to a group.
• When creating a new project, should be able to set subscriptions / admin subscriptions (both UI and CLI).

Bug?

• It is possible to subscribe to a project multiple times. As the admin email, as an email, and as a user. This seems like a bug. I wonder if this creates multiple emails.
