Table default padding for cells

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Instead of setting each individual PdfPCell's padding, it would be great to be able to set all cells default padding value directly on table. I'm switcing from iText to OpenPDF and this is something I have to manually add to each individual cell.

Add default cell padding value to PdfPTable

Describe alternatives you've considered
This is of course possible by simply setting the padding on each cell, or creating a method that adds it automatically when the cell is created.
