The examples of data "cleaning" in episode 1 (e.g. reformatting dates) are currently tabular, but this causes display and potentially accessibility issues. Where we can we should use alternative formatting.

This issue is to review these and come up with suggestions for alternative formatting that can then be implemented

This may mean removing the right side column of repeated elements and marking the final row as "preferred" with bold or an asterisk.
