Php_grpc_bench: protobuf extension is not being used. #281

In grpc_bench/php_grpc_bench/Dockerfile, we install "protobuf" extension with "
pecl install protobuf". But, I don't see it is enabled in php.ini or via any command line. It does not seem to me that it is being used.
