It would be useful to have panel options for different layouts beside snapping windows. For example one half, one third, one forth, based on active window. Something like Rectangle for MacOS https://github.com/rxhanson/Rectangle.
Example of Rectangle's panel options can be seen in this image:

This would make arrangement of windows much easier to handle for the user, instead of dragging and snapping.

p.s. appologies for the large image.

I have plans for something like this in the future. Although I am unsure of how I exactly want it to work. My initial idea was to replace the Super + RMB menu.

In the meantime, in case you don't know these features yet, the different Window Grab Modes and Layouts may be useful to you.

Oh, I missed the Layouts! Thanks! The menu would be awesome of course, and I understand it's a quite a chunk of work. Looking forward to all the enhancements, awesome extension.
