Large Height Gaps between sections

Using the Cara theme - I have not been able to track down what controls the spacing between the sections.

Currently there is more than 1 full window of blank space between each section.

I tried to play with the factor and offset, but although this decreases the space between, it creates overlapping sections when in mobile responsive.
