1x1 map arts disappearing

Describe the bug
Maparts vanish after placed on the invisible or visible item frame.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Get a 1x1 map art from Spicy Subject
2.Place it
3.It might disappear
4.Keep placing until it does

Expected behavior
Get the plugin fixed, bring it up to the devs

Related in some way with this issue on their repo: zDevelopers/ImageOnMap#175

I will test if there is something to do with permissions that can fix this, or if this is a true bug that they need to address.

Need to get a player to have a specific perm added per the suggestion of the dev according to issue 175, and test if 1x1 maps are still acting up.

updating to merge with 1.17.1 issues. will now be used to track updates for IOM for 1.17.1 compat. until then this issue is considered solved, stale.
