add deploy to production

I create a guide with the steps to deploy a Backpack project to Prod.

I love it! Great job @jcastroa87 - I think this is much better than not having a guide at all - we'll have something to point people to, rather than tell them to look for generic tutorials on the internet. I like that it also includes various stuff people might not think of (like optimize). I think some of the things there aren't necessarily needed for Backpack (eg. doing php artisan schedule:run), but it's better to have them than not.

Only did one change in the intro - added on paragraph to explain it's not Backpack-specific but Laravel-specific.

@pxpm please give this a read too, and if nothing major comes up, merge and let's run with it 💪 We can always make changes in the future, though let's please be mindful to NOT let this spin out of control, our intention is NOT to have this an extensive tutorial that covers all combinations of server software, configurations, preferences.
