Known issues on Plotting Lithologies #20

There are few possible bugs in the lithology plotting scripts, that will be fixed soon, here is some temporary solutions in case you need it quickly:

If you have commas (",") in the name of your lithologies in your "_lithokey.csv" file, it will trigger a python error talking about C and fields. A quick fixe is to manually edit your csv to delete unwanted commas.
If you have several "_lithokey.csv" file in the same folder AND subfolders, it will block the code. You have to specify the one to use with -lk name_of_file or move/delete the unwanted ones.
