为什么我使用了.cuda()将model和Variable放到gpu但gpu并不进行加速运算

代码就是联系Mnist的时候的代码，使用了DNN但是GPU加速并不work，cuda.is_available是True但是gpu利用率始终是1，2速度和keras相比也差很多，请问是正常现象吗
