Some small improvements.

  • Added a function to measure the averaged stress tensor
  • Added the second version of the Radius Expansion Method
  • Added a function to measure unbalanced force
  • Added a kd-tree class for particles
  • Fixed a bug of erasing particles

"CI / ubuntu (FullDebug, clang) (pull_request) " failed because of the MPMApplication. @KratosMultiphysics/mpm But I did nothing related to it.

test_execution (restart_tests.MPMRestartTestDynamicCantilever2D) ... malloc(): unaligned tcache chunk detected
