I put an SVG file into my vault and exported it. The file appeared in the file-tree, but when I went to the note that included that SVG as an attachment, I found out the file failed to embed. Looking through the files made me realize that the SVG was not in the export at all.
Reproduction
Add an SVG file to a vault.
Export the vault.
Look for the file in the export or
Deploy the export.
Attempt to access the SVG file from the deployment.
