Z2M doesnt start up with Sonoff ZBDongle-E, no errors in log, no frontend, no comm between Zigbee and MQTT

History:

• I used a ZBDongle-P and while including a new device problems occured
• So I decided to change to ZBDongle-E
• It worked at the beginning, but after adding some more devices restart of Z2M didn't work anymore
• Now no startup works, logs look fine (no relevant errors)
• Frontend cannot be reached (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)
• No communication from Zigbee to MQTT (or vice versa) is successful
• Also a change to dev branch and a 7.4 firmware version on my ZBDongle-E didn't solve the problem
• I compared log to an older one, where startup works and from my perspective only one single log line is missing:

Has someone an idea what I could try?
