RLCraft, but translatable

This repository includes all the changes needed to make RLCraft translatable.

[config] Config files for the lastest RLCraft (cfg, json)
[resourcepacks] A link to a template Resource Pack for translators.
[resources] en_us lang files needed to support the modified config and scripts
[scripts] Scripts for the latest version of RLCraft
