When a part has an active part upgrade, the ** UPGRADES APPLIED ** text that gets shown in the part info window in the VAB seems to mess with B9PS switch descriptions (switcherDescriptionPlural), causing them to lose line breaks or something:

If I remove the part upgrades from the part:

It does only seem to happen to B9PS descriptions however (just the "Paintjobs" line is missing the line break), so maybe it can't be fixed in KSPCF:

I've found an instance of it happening with stock modules only, this part has no B9PS modules:
