It seems that RO configs for Universal Storage tanks miss the tank type.
I run latest KSP and RO version , with Universal Storage 2, everything installed via ckan.
I tried Hydrazine tanks, but as they are not configured to be highly pressurised, engine won't lit.
I tried to mess around with a custom RO config, adding roTankType: integral but anytime I load my craft, I must refill the tank with Hydrazine. Sorry, I really don't know anything about Module Manager.
So maybe there is a better workaround, or something to fix.

The UniversalStorage2 configs have many more issues besides this. They are the only RO config that sets the RP flag instead of being configured in RP-0. There is excessive usage of wildcards that has allowed newly added parts to be flagged as configured when they are not working correctly.
A larger issue maybe be that they still use the US custom module that may not interact with RO fuel systems well. There is a version of MFT and B9PS in testing that might be usable with the US2 parts by ripping out the US module in place of B9PS to get fuel tanks working right.
