Problem

Would be nice to be able to delete some files (such as ModuleManager.configcache, etc) at the end of a run

Suggestions

Add the ability to run a shell script (if on Linux or Mac), a batch or PowerShell file on Windows when an install add/remove run is completed

Currently doing it manually

Somewhat related to #1488 and #2706.

(Note, by this I meant that if we start working on one of these, we should consider addressing all three together, not that they're redundant.)
