CourtListener docket pages

The CourtListener.js translator should be extended to capture docket pages, presenting a folder icon for a "multiple" grab, permitting selection of items from the docket for capture. PDFs in RECAP should be captured as attachments if available.

One issue that may need attention in the Jurism schema or the processor is the Document Number, which must be captured for correct citation to docket entries.
