I would have made a PR but the legend code for plotly looks nontrivial.

legendtitle is not in the supported arguments table anyways, so this should be closed. At the very least it should be a [FR] not a [BUG]

The link @joshday has sent might tell otherwise, but yeah the docs on this page should then be changed so that it is not the kwarglist.
