The Gettext.NET package is partially under the LGPL and partially under the GPL.

The following parts are under the LGPL, see file COPYING.LIB-2.txt:
  - the libintl and libasprintf libraries and their header files,
  - the GNU.Gettext.dll C# library,
  - the utility program GNU.Gettext.Msgfmt.exe
  - the GNU.Getopt.dll C# library and its satellite assemblies GNU.Getopt.resources.dll,
  - the *.sh and *.cmd shells scripts.
