This PR adds a new type called
DelegatePacketProxythat allows users to switch the underlyingPacketProxyat runtime. This can be useful in situations where the remote server environment changes and the currentPacketProxyis no longer compatible. For example, if UDP traffic is no longer supported, the user can switch to the DNS-truncatedPacketProxywithout having to disconnect and reconnect.Related PR: #27
