What action is the issue?

Converting Starter Action to Shortcut

Describe the bug

When running the Stater Action that comes with JC, it switches over to JC Helper and gets error about meta.json.

Steps To Reproduce

Run the Starter Action on iOS 17 Beta 5
When it switches over to the JC Helper you get the error.
