Currently shared memory cleanup works by catching SIGINIT or Ctrl+C from the user and then closing and unblinking all objects. However, this does not always work leading to leaked shared memory objects when the program is closed.
This PR updates the functionality to use a signal handler from the
signallibrary. This ensures that the SIGINIT signal is always caught. In addition, the code to stop processes is moved into theclean_shared_memoryfunction
