Behavior

When loading the game thru the PS1 Bios, the game will play the sound for the BBC logo, but nothing appears onscreen, nor does the game boot any further in this state. The only way to get around this is to fast boot the game, which WILL try to load properly (with nothing appearing on screen until you get ingame, time for teletubbies cutscene is skipped for some reason), but then the game auto presses start in-game so you can't move the Teletubbies around.
