Dedicated reco. calibration files for sqrts=13.6 TeV

I am posting this known issue here for future action for when CMS Run 3 MC is complete.

As mentioned in #26, dedicated files are needed for resolution models and c-constants for 13.6 TeV. At the moment, all (CMS) analyses use prompt reco. 13 TeV calibrations, which are not optimal (for UL or for 13.6 TeV).

Ultimately, these files need replacement. An example (but old) script can be found here: https://github.com/JHUGen/JHUGenMELA/blob/master/MELA/test/calcC_lintolog.c.

Part of the replacement also needs to involve changes in the code as done in #27. Further changes to the code may also be needed to introduce better file name parsing capabilities in the future as well.
