[Suggestion]: Load cargo up to a certain threshold.

It would be nice to have a setting aside from full load and leave empty, to load a cargo up to a certain threshold in percent or tons/liters.

Background: I have a fleet of oil tankers with a very large cargo size. On the way back they switch to chemicals. However since they're so large I'd prefer them to only load 30-40%, so that smaller vessels that go to another location don't get starved out.
