Hi! I am a newbie to Demeter. I've read the code for Demeter and I'm guessing that I just need to add the new limiting factor .CSV file without adding additional code? Is that a good guess?
I have some questions:
a.if I want to add a constraint factor, is it just a matter of adding a line to inputs/allocation/constraint_alloc.csv for the corresponding variable. Also add a constraint_variable file divided by raster in inputs/constraints? If so, how should this file be made? The documentation doesn't seem to mention what criteria it is made according to.
b.I would like to ask in the inputs/constraints file there is a column variable target_id, what is the definition of this variable? What is the definition of this variable? Where can I find the criteria for setting it?
c.I found the nc file data source for Soil Workability and Soil nutrient availability is no longer valid, can you provide a copy?
