[FEATURE] Let us version taxonomy terms in Fedora/Blazegraph

Taxonomy terms were made revisionable in 2022.

We can turn on revisioning, but as it stands we won't get revisions in Fedora.

MIG discussions, Jul 15 2024 ("Do we want to turn on revisions for taxonomy terms")

What existing behavior do you want changed?
Currently the revisioning code only works for nodes and media. I'd like to add taxonomy terms.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Islandora?
