This adds some end-to-end tests for the newest batch of Plutus Core built-in funcitons. This is a draft PR for @mkoura to look at: the tests do that they're supposed to but need to be reworked by someone more familiar with this repository (and with Python!) . The new test scripts were generated using the code in this PR in plutus-scripts-e2e. To run them, use

pytest -s -k TestPlutusBatch5V3Builtins cardano_node_tests/tests/tests_plutus

The code's based on the most recent version of Martin's minting_token_example branch.
