Allow for deploying repos other than IxDF-web

What do you want to achieve?

Many of the API calls are directly using https://github.com/InteractionDesignFoundation/IxDF-web/. It would be handy if Shipper could be used to deploy other apps.

Proposed Solution

The app asks you to add your repository and repo name in step 1. This data could likely be used to make the API calls more dynamic.

In order for an app to be deployed with Shipper, it would need to follow certain conventions, so documentation would probably need to be written as well.
