Be able to track how many people you've forwarded links to?

When you hit a route -> if there is a referral id & it's yours, we leave it and we don't count +1
When you hit a route -> if there is a referral id & it's not yours, we replace with yours and we DO count +1

Controller gets referral ID and does checking to backend
Controller sends new referral ID to front end and JS tacks onto url (from front end)
