map + quick save and load buttons not working with mouse clicks

Describe the bug
The map and buttons around the map do nothing when clicked on, also the quick save and load buttons as well

Expected behavior
They do what they should do without needing the keyboard shortcuts

To Reproduce
click buttons, doesnt work

• Game version 4.8
• OS: fresh windows 10 install
• Using .jar or .exe: .jar
• If using .jar, and you are not including an error.log file/text, please include your java version: [e.g. 1.8.0_172]

as a side note, I may be a dumbass and just not have everything set up properly or the correct version of java to run the game, if that is the case it would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me what I have done wrong.

this may be related, may not be, not sure, but the windows that pop up as tooltips stay open indefinitely till I click somewhere on screen.

Your error log shows that you are using java 1.8.0_371
Versions newer than build 300 have graphical issues in some cases, and so we recommend:

1. use the exe version instead of the jar if you can, or
2. use either 1.8.0_172 (the game's 'native' version) or 1.8.0_271
