[Feature Request] Dimension Based Blacklist for Laser Miner

Adding biomes to the blacklist of every laser miner entry is a pain.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would you consider adding an optional dimension blacklist to the data pack structure, so that one could simply exclude the End or the Nether?

Additional context
There are potentially a lot more biomes available for the end and nether these days, so a biome based blacklist/whitelist system as the only method of controlling things is a bit cumbersome. It's still great for some things, like increase spawns of gold in a Mesa, for instance, so it shouldn't be replaced. Just add an additional override by dimension.
