[1.16] Enchantment Applicator too overpowered

For now, Enchantment Applicator able to pass the maximum enchant level with only Industrial Foregoing installed.
People could use Enchantment Applicator with Enchantment Extractor to produce an extremely high-level enchanted book.

That means if some mod can enchant a tool without costing your enchant book (e.g. Botania's Mana Enchanter), players are able to farm their tools to an unlimited enchant level easily.

I've seen this issue #820
But if you could add an option to let people choose to use the vanilla anvil recipe would be great!
