Filter projects

Sygnature have requested to be able to have additional filters for projects to make finding them easier

1. By project name - presumably this is straightforward
2. By user - this may not be so simple?

By user do we mean editors or owner or observers or all of the above?

That's why filter by user is less straight forward. But if only one option is possible then it's probably best for it to be for the user to have any access to the project (e.g. as either owner, editor or observer).
But the problem here is that the users are probably not available for the response that lists the projects, only from the details of an individual project.
Hence, let's ignore filter by user for now unless it is very simple to do.
