Progress:

Move to checker-qual
Add the cloud editorconfig
Add the cloud checkstyle and enforce it
Switch from text to adventure
Update MiniMessage
Add missing JavaDoc

TODO:

(Optional) Switch from ACF to cloud
Remove the per world inventory stuff. Sad to lose it, but it's too volatile OR OR OR make it less poopy using adventure-nbt
