I plan to put some features behind a Plex like structure. The current features will continue as it as, as well as some of the new features like OAuth etc will be released here as well. I am not decided yet, but I will put a few integrations + some advanced fitness features in the pro structure.

Not really made any concrete plans, just had a few ideas. What do you think?

It's can be a way to monetize the App and I'm ok with it if it's not a subscription method (there are so many subscription already and I think that it will not become so popular).
In my opinion, there are two ways where you can go through:
1- One time pay Android/IOS app where you can sell with premium features (I think that it will be better way with integrations).
2- An internal Plugin Store where you can sell (again, one time pay) individual plugins to each specific integrations.
