Allow to ignore disks by caption

I'm facing the problem, that removable device slots are showing up as disks with an unknown state:

Ignoring all USB devices is probably not an option, as for some people there might be the need to monitor such. Having ExcludeCaption and IncludeCaption as new check parameters could help to address this issue.
