Abstract
The talk unveils the mystery of computers and how operating system gives the life to an otherwise lifeless hardware communicating only with 0s and 1s. The talk will cover the following topics.
* What's an operating system
* Why do our computer need an operating system and if we can work without one?
* The process of booting up a computer and importance of each step
* Live demonstration of the topics presented by booting the operating system
