Do you think we might be able to get more complete submissions if we included an issue template? Two ideas for what this might look like:
Headings for link text, URL, and short description.
A filled in markdown link template where the values need to be replaced. That could then quickly be copied into a pull request.
I know I'm often just trying to quickly capture something before I forget about it so may not always fill out the whole template myself, so I'd prefer not rejecting any issue that doesn't have a full template filled out. On the other hand we've had some submissions that could have included more information and might have if we gave more direction right in the comments field.
I think it'd be a great idea to have a template. Would one generic templace suffice or should we have multiple ones (I am tempted to say that one is enough)?
