This makes sense to me, thanks @cathinkaw. I also use a Mac, so I cannot actually test if it works. But I guess that @cathinkaw tested it on her windows, so I'll take her word for it

Files arent possible to open in VS on Windows and you have to change git config to download the repo.
Solves this: #1043
