During hierarchical optimization, don't compute sensitivities w.r.t. analytically computed parameters #190

These are currently computed (for convenience) but not used. Excluding those parameters may save some memory for models with large numbers of scaling parameters. (And some computation time when using FSA).
For debugging, it might still be good to optionally compute them to confirm them being ~0.
