Request: add config for volume of sound, currently WAY too loud #16

The current sound when a tree is felled is WAY too loud and I don't see an obvious way to change the volume of it. If I reduce the main volume down to where the tree felling sound is not ear-hurting, I can't hear the rest of the game.

I changed the volume; please test if it fits now.
