When I use the scuff-integrate to integrate the generalized flux file generated by the scuff-neq, why is it that .SIFlux file is automatically recognized for integration, but this error occurs when integrating the .SRFlux file. The manual says that the .SRFlux file can be integrated through the scuff-integrate, but the scuff-integrate doesn't seem to identify the .SRFlux file correctly. How can I solve this problem and get the .SRIntegrand output file and .PVMST output file?

Had the same issue. Seems scuff-integrate no longer works. Just parse SIFlux file with your own script and integrate the spectrum.
