Ways to clarify FRUS administrations listing?

As noted at the top of FRUS Administration pages like https://history.state.gov/historicaldocuments/lincoln:

Note: The volumes listed below contain at least one document from the period of this presidential administration.

However, given the placement of this note at the top of the page, readers may skip past this and wonder why there are volumes from after the Lincoln administration on this page.

One idea: Move the note down to where the volumes clearly outside the dates of the administration begin.

Other ideas are welcome!
