At the moment ZeroTalk moves any post including Chinese character to Chinese sub-board automatically as soon as the post is created.
But why don't u compare the number of English characters and Chinese characters in a post, or compare only the first certain amount of part of the post?
English post can also include Chinese characters in it if required, but the current policy doesn't care about it and push anything which includes Chinese character.
